    Seek kebab is made with spiced minced or ground meat, usually lamb, beef, or chicken, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. The dish is cooked on a mangal or barbecue or in a tandoor. The dish takes time to be cooked because placing kebabs on the “seek” is quite hard. The hot and chilli peppered dish can be eaten after the oregano or chilli flakes are sprinkled.
