Basic Ingredients of Shami Kabab

Shami kebab is made with sauteed beef or lamb and chana daal with whole grind spices (black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves) as masala and real garlic, ginger, turmeric, garam masala with some salt. Further, the taste of shami kebab can be enhanced by adding onions, chopped green coriander, chilli powder, chopped green chillies, and mint leaves. And paste is fibrous enough to make into the required shape, round and diamond, and shallow fried in Oil.

Shami kabab is a famous Middle Eastern dish popular all over Western and South Asia. Shami kabab is a royal dish, and the dish is specially prepared for guests in the states like Dhaka, Panjab, Kashmir, Sindh, Deccan, and Uttar Pradesh. And the dish “Shami kabab” means “Syrian kebab.”

Shami kabab is a very versatile dish. It can be eaten with tea as an appetizer or snack or as a side dish to the main course to make it seem more substantial. And the people of Hyderabad prefer this dish to eat with chapati and rice. And one of my favourite way to eat shami kebab is as a drizzled sandwich with sauce or mint chutney.

Basic Ingredients of Boti Kebab

Boti kebab can be made from chunks of meat such as mutton, chicken, beef, and lamb. The choice of flesh is marinated in a mixture of garlic, ginger, yogurt, papaya, chillies, and spices (garam masala, cumin, chilli powder). It is advised to wait at least a day or six hours. After that, marinated chicken is pierced, grilled perfectly, and brushed with ghee.

The Boti kebab is popular throughout Asia but is the most famous roadside dish in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. And the majority of Indian restaurants that offer meat have it on their menus.

Origin of Seek Kebabs

Seek kebab originated in India by Turkey and seekh kebab was originally known as Shish Kebab by Turks. Shish means Sword in the Turk language. Later on, the dish got famous all over India. Originally the sea kebab came from South Asia by Turks.

Basic ingredients of seek kabab

Seek kebab is made with spiced minced or ground meat, usually lamb, beef, or chicken, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled. The dish is cooked on a mangal or barbecue or in a tandoor. The dish takes time to be cooked because placing kebabs on the “seek” is quite hard. The hot and chilli peppered dish can be eaten after the oregano or chilli flakes are sprinkled.

The see kebab is famous in Delhi, Lucknow, etc. The Muslim community mainly loves it. The dish’s presentation is very interesting to be watched to entertain yourself; after that, eating the kebab from the “seek” is entertaining. The hot and orange in colour seek kebab made the fresh taste and a delightful dish to watch.

It is a little spicy in taste and the best dish to use goat meat in the recipe. The dish is mainly served with rumali roti, which is tandoori cuisine, and it is the best combination with it. 

Basic ingredients of kakori kebab

Minced Chicken, Powdered Khoya/Mawa, Raw Papaya Paste, Fresh cream, Crushed ginger, Rose Water, Nutmeg powder, White pepper powder, Oil to shape kebabs, Oil to cook kebabs, White pepper powder, garlic powder, etc. The delicious has many ingredients to cook, but the taste takes it off. The hard work to cook the dish gives a real outcome and makes your day with a mouth-watering taste.

The kakori kebab is famous in Uttar Pradesh in the kakori district in Lucknow because that is the origin of the kakori kebab. Other places where kakori kabab is famous are Delhi, Mumbai, and the mainland of Lucknow. Kakori kabab is celebrated in the Muslim community because they love non-vegetarian food.
