The Northern Eastern region is mainly known as the spicy region in India. All the regions have different tastes and food varieties.

Boneless Chicken leg cut into medium cubes 400 grams.

Fresh mint leaves 10-12, Ginger 1 inches, Garlic 4-5 cloves, Green Chillies 2, Lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons, Oil 1 tablespoon for greasing, Carom seeds (ajwain) ½ tablespoons, Dried fenugreek leaves (Kasturi Methi), Hung yogurt, Garam masala, Butter for basting, Onion rings for garnish, Cumin seeds, Gram flour, Chaat Masala to sprinkle, Fresh Coriander leaves ¼ cup, Green Chutney to serve.

Pahadi Chicken is famous in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, etc. These cities have the best food in terms of spicy and chilli tastes. People of northeastern regions eat spices and talk like they always eat Gulab Jamun. Every city has a different style and taste to make it more delicious because people vary in various cities and states.

The Butter Chicken originated in Delhi. Mr Kundan Lal Gujral first made this Dish in Moti Mahal Restaurant in Delhi in 1950. Mughar Makhani was the other name for Butter Chicken in 1950. Butter chicken was invented in India. But a similar dish named Chicken Tikka Masala was a British Invention.

Himachali yogurt, chickpea, Kabuli Channa, Ghee, hing, cumin, peppercorn, cardamom, cinnamon, maida, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, channa paneer, raisins.

Fresh Coriander leaves are needed to garnish the mouth-watering dish. Serve it with naan or rice.
